There is a one time 50% deposit required for all first-time clients. If you do not show or call to cancel/reschedule within 24hrs of your scheduled time of service; your card will then be charged the remaining balance per our policy. 

Gratuity is not included in the spa prices. We do not process gratuity on credit cards.  If you choose to give your service provider a gratuity we accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and personal checks. Looking forward to servicing you!
